Jessica Nix

Jessica Nix is an experienced personal injury and criminal defense attorney, having represented clients in Municipal, Magistrate, State and Superior Courts all over the Metro Atlanta area for more than 10 years.

Jessica received a Bachelor of Journalism degree with honors from the University of Missouri-Columbia and worked as a newspaper writer and photographer prior to attending law school. Jessica graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law where she was an editor of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law. While in law school, she interned at the Southern Center for Human Rights, Georgia Lawyers for the Arts, the Georgia Innocence Project and the Western Judicial Circuit Public Defender’s office.



Jessica is admitted to the State Bar of Georgia, through which she formerly held several chair positions in the Young Lawyers Division, and is also a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association. Jessica lives with her husband, Tony, and their two elderly dogs in the Grant Park neighborhood of Atlanta. In her time away from the office, Jessica enjoys traveling, tennis, volunteering, photography, and live music.

Jessica was selected as a Georgia Super Lawyers Rising Star for Personal Injury in 2017, 2018 and 2019, an honor reserved for only 2.5 percent of Georgia lawyers. In 2020, Jessica completed training with Henning Mediation to serve as a Civil Mediator in the State of Georgia.
